REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

A Note from the Host
Every Inner Piece™ retreat is designed with deep care and preparation for a small circle of women. Once you reserve your place, your space, meals, and materials are planned specifically for you — which is why each booking carries a firm but fair policy. These guidelines aren’t meant to be rigid — they simply keep things balanced, allowing the retreat to stay organized, peaceful, and sustainable for everyone involved.

1. Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made to The Inner Piece™ LLC are non-refundable, regardless of circumstance. This includes deposits, partial payments, and paid-in-full registrations. Each woman’s spot is intentionally limited, and once reserved, it cannot easily be replaced.

2. Credits and Guest Transfers

If you need to cancel 30 days or more before your scheduled retreat, you may receive a one-time credit toward a future offering of the same retreat event within two (2) years of your original booking date.

Your booking may also be transferred to another eligible guest — defined as an adult woman, age twenty-five (25) or older — only with prior written approval from The Inner Piece™ LLC. The new participant must:

Meet all eligibility requirements
Complete all required waivers and forms no later than 48 hours before the retreat begins
Assume full responsibility under the same Terms, Waiver, and Policies as the original registrant

Transfers that are not approved in writing or completed within the required time frame will be treated as cancellations under this policy. If the future retreat (or transferred reservation) costs more than the original booking, the price difference must be paid before attendance is confirmed.

Transfers apply only to the current retreat and are not available for future credits.

Transfers cannot be made to a retreat or room type that is already full or otherwise unavailable.

3. Cancellations Within 30 Days

Because preparations, lodging, and supplies are finalized in advance, cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date — or failure to attend — will result in forfeiture of all payments. In the rare case of a documented emergency, the Host may, at her sole discretion, extend partial credit toward a future retreat. No refund or credit is provided for late arrival, early departure, or missed workshops.

Guests who are removed from the retreat for unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate, or impaired behavior — including impairment resulting from alcohol, illegal substances, misused medications, or overuse of personal legal wellness products — are not eligible for any refund or credit. Removal due to violation of the Retreat’s Substance, Smoking, Vaping, and Wellness Product rules results in forfeiture of all payments.

3.1 Venue Changes Due to Attendance

If the final attendance is lower than expected, The Inner Piece™ LLC may change to a different venue that better fits the group size. Any new venue will remain comparable in comfort and overall retreat experience. A venue change made for attendance or operational reasons does not qualify as grounds for cancellation, refund, or chargeback.

The Inner Piece™ LLC will make every reasonable effort to honor each guest’s original room type and sleeping arrangement. If adjustments are required due to the layout of the new venue, these changes will be made thoughtfully and communicated as early as possible.

4. Host Cancellations or Rescheduling

In the unlikely event The Inner Piece™ LLC must cancel or reschedule a retreat due to circumstances beyond its control — such as illness, venue issues, or natural disaster — all registered guests will receive either a full credit toward a future retreat within two (2) years, or a refund issued at the Host’s discretion, which may reflect deduction of non-recoverable business expenses already paid to vendors, venues, or service providers. Credits provided under this section are not transferable to another guest and cannot be used to transfer into a retreat or room type that is already full or unavailable.

The amount and method of any refund will be determined solely by The Inner Piece™ LLC. The Host is not responsible for reimbursement of personal travel, off-site lodging, or other expenses outside the retreat package.

5. Force Majeure

The Inner Piece™ LLC is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events outside its reasonable control — including but not limited to weather, illness, strikes, venue closures, transportation issues, or government restrictions. In such cases, future retreat credit will be offered as described above.

6. Communication and Timeliness

All cancellations, change requests, or transfer requests must be submitted in writing (email is sufficient) to ensure proper record-keeping. Requests are reviewed thoughtfully and handled with understanding — but late or incomplete communications may result in forfeiture of credit options.

7. Agreement and Acknowledgment

By booking or submitting payment for a retreat, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy. You understand that these terms are designed to balance fairness and financial responsibility for both the guest and the Host. This policy is governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Indiana and applies to all retreats and related activities conducted by The Inner Piece™ LLC across the United States.
