What is The Inner Piece™ Retreat?
It’s a small, all-inclusive weekend retreat designed for women ages twenty-five (25) and older — without spiritual practices, rituals, themes, or therapy elements. The focus is on rest, comfortability, and a place to build genuine friendships and community. Think of it like a long sleepover involving shared activities, guided crafts, and group time, with plenty of time and space to relax on your own as well.

Will we know what meals will be served ahead of time?
Yes. A full meal overview will be shared more than 30 days before the retreat so you know what to expect and can plan accordingly. Meals will be balanced and filling, featuring lean, satisfying proteins, fresh fruits & vegetables, familiar sides, and a dessert each evening.
Is it okay to come alone and not know anyone?
Yes. You don’t need to come with anyone, and many guests will arrive on their own. The weekend is designed to feel welcoming without requiring you to “jump in” socially right away. You’re also welcome to attend alongside a friend or family member who has their own registered spot.
Do I have to participate in everything?
No. Everything offered throughout the weekend is optional, and you’re welcome to join in as much or as little as you’d like. There’s no expectation to be outgoing, to share personal details, or to participate in everything. You’re welcome to take the weekend at your own pace and engage in ways that feel comfortable for you.

Yes. Some of our retreats offer a limited Kindred Community work exchange option for guests who are open to helping out in shared spaces during the weekend. To see which retreats support Kindred Community, select a retreat and explore options.
Where will future retreats be located?
While locations for future retreats haven’t been finalized yet, we’re currently exploring options in Indiana and Kentucky. Each retreat location is chosen thoughtfully to match the season and experience, with full details shared closer to the opening of registration.
