If you’re reading this, it means you’ve already taken the first step toward giving yourself a weekend of rest and reconnection — and that choice matters.
This page is a soft, plain-language reflection of the Participant Waiver you’ll sign during the booking process. Nothing here replaces that document — it simply offers a gentler look at the shared understandings that help protect the peace, comfort, and ease of everyone who’s sharing this experience with you.
This retreat is a personal-growth experience, not therapy or counseling, and any emotional or mental-health needs should be supported by the professionals you trust outside this space.
💜 Our Shared Understanding
The Inner Piece™ Retreat is a small gathering intended for women with shared life experiences, ages twenty-five (25) and older — created as a calm, genuine space to rest, reflect, and reconnect in ways that feel meaningful.
You’ve chosen to be here voluntarily, taking gentle responsibility for your own wellbeing — both physically and emotionally — throughout the weekend.
These boundaries exist not to limit you, but to protect the peace and authenticity that make this experience special for everyone who attends.
If someone’s behavior becomes unsafe, disruptive, or harmful to the group, the Host may ask that person to leave to protect the comfort and safety of everyone present.
🏡 Our Retreat Spaces
Each retreat is held in a private home or lodge chosen for its peaceful atmosphere and sense of comfort. These spaces are meant to feel welcoming — a place where you can truly relax and settle in.
We treat each property with care and respect, keeping it clean, calm, and cared for as we share it together. Please move mindfully through shared areas, especially near fire pits, stairs, and outdoor spaces.
Every home has its own character — little sounds, shared spaces, or simple quirks — and those details often become part of the charm and memory we take with us when the weekend ends.
Shared spaces may include different temperatures, lighting, scents, noises, or roommate habits. While all reasonable efforts are made to keep the environment comfortable, complete quiet or perfect conditions cannot be guaranteed. To support your comfort, complimentary ear plugs and a soft luxury sleep mask will be provided for each guest.
Room assignments, including bunk beds when applicable, are arranged ahead of time and cannot be changed once the retreat begins.
🥗 Meals and Comfort
Meals are prepared with care in a private kitchen and shared among guests. Each dish is made fresh, with comfort in mind. Because this isn’t a commercial kitchen, ingredients, preparation, and timing may vary from meal to meal.
If you have allergies or sensitivities, you’re encouraged to bring any foods, snacks, or substitutes that help you feel comfortable and cared for during your stay. You are always welcome to use the kitchen spaces available to store your own items if needed. Meals are meant to feel home-cooked and relaxed — warm, shared, and nourishing without pressure or formality.
🕊️ A Respectful, Grounded Space Together
The Inner Piece™ is meant to be a calm and grounded environment, free from outside pressures or distractions. We keep this space clear of business promotion so that everyone can stay fully present and connected. It’s a simple boundary that helps protect the ease and comfort of the group.
Unapproved services — including coaching, healing sessions, product sales, or promotional activities — are not part of this retreat experience.
Every woman who arrives here brings her own story, beliefs, and perspective — and that’s part of what makes our group so special. You’re welcome to share from your own experience, but we keep the space free from teaching, debating, or trying to persuade.
Our goal is simply connection — listening to understand, not to compare or convince. Kindness, confidentiality, and emotional safety are the heart of our time together.
🌬️ Substance, Smoking, Vaping, and Wellness Products
The retreat is a calm, grounded space, and part of protecting that comfort means keeping the weekend free from alcohol and illegal drugs. These aren’t permitted on the property.
If you personally use legal wellness products, you may do so outdoors during free time only, as long as they follow all local laws and don’t take away from your safety, your ability to participate, or the comfort of the women around you. The retreat doesn’t provide wellness products, tobacco, or vaping items, and guests may not share, distribute, solicit, or sell them to others while here.
Smoking or vaping of tobacco or legal wellness products is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Nothing may be smoked or vaped indoors at any time.
Guests are expected to stay clear enough to move through the weekend safely, respectfully, and fully aware of themselves and the group.
🛡️ Health, Safety, and Responsibility
Please take care of yourself throughout the weekend and move at a pace that feels right for you. Be mindful around fire pits and outdoor areas, and let someone know if you ever feel unwell or uneasy.
Our team is here to help, but your self-awareness and communication are what keep this space safe and comfortable for everyone.
Each guest is responsible for managing her own medications — including any that require refrigeration — to ensure personal comfort and safety throughout the retreat.
You are also responsible for your own travel to and from the retreat, as well as the safety of your personal belongings and vehicle while on the property.
📷 Photos and Privacy
A few photos may be taken during the retreat to capture special moments we share. If you’d prefer not to be included, just let us know ahead of time — your comfort will always come first.
We simply ask that everyone stay thoughtful when taking or posting pictures. Each woman’s presence here is personal, and her privacy deserves gentle respect.
⏳ Cancellations and Payments
Each retreat is intentionally kept small, and every space is prepared and held specifically for the woman who books it. Because of this, all payments are non-refundable.
If unexpected plans arise, credits toward a future retreat may be offered as outlined in your waiver. This approach allows us to plan thoughtfully, honor the commitments made for each weekend, and keep the experience meaningful for every woman who attends.

The Inner Piece™ LLC is based in Indiana, where all administrative and legal matters are handled.
Even when we gather in other states, everything remains guided and protected through that home base.
It’s simply how we keep things clear, consistent, and cared for behind the scenes.
